Job Description

Should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in end to end Salesforce implementation of Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, LWC Development, etc > Strong Air Cargo domain knowledge needed > Extraordinary skills needed to listen to the end-users demands and translate that to requirement/user stories. > Should be able to translate business requirements to a language understandable by technical team members. > Should have experience in Native & Customized reports. > Should know the functionality end to end and be capable to train the end-users as needed. > Should be able to prepare test cases along with the PO and Tester. > Should also be experienced in preparing Release notes and other relevant documents in sync with the Product Owner. > Should work more closely with the Product Owner and support the PO as needed. > Hands-on knowledge of Digital experience platforms will be a key advantage About Virtusa Teamwork, quality of life, professional and personal development: values that Virtusa is proud to embody.
