The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a deep understanding of Java programming and its ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement software applications using Java 11. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Mandatory Skills: Strong proficiency in Java 11, including its core libraries and frameworks. Experience with object oriented programming and design patterns. Proficient in using version control systems, preferably Git. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of front end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. Experience with containerization tools like Docker. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of professional experience in software development. Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
