Job Summary Job Title: Technical Team Lead Location: TechM Pune Hinjewadi Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with extensive experience in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and related technologies. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technical professionals, ensuring successful implementation and migration projects involving On Premises Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and device migration. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in the execution of migration projects. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of Azure AD solutions and migrations. Manage the integration of On Premises Active Directory with Azure AD and other cloud services. Utilize Quest Migration Tool for seamless migration of on premises AD to Azure AD. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure successful deployment of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns. Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards throughout the migration process. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud services and identity management. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) is a deal breaker. Proficient in using Quest Migration Tool for Active Directory migrations. Experience with On Premises Active Directory and its integration with cloud services. Knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven leadership abilities and experience managing technical teams. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with device migration strategies and tools. Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Certifications related to Azure and cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert). Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on cloud technologies and identity management. Proven track record of leading successful migration projects.
