Tech Lead

• Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Java programming and a deep understanding of the telecom network domain
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing microservices using Spring Boot and will be proficient in working with relational databases and REST APIs
• This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the design and implementation of scalable software solutions

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high quality software applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Implement microservices architecture to enhance system scalability and performance
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Utilize REST APIs for seamless integration with various services and applications
• Work with relational databases to design and optimize data storage solutions
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Java programming
• Strong experience with Spring Boot framework
• Hands on experience in developing microservices
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
• Understanding of telecom network domain concepts and technologies
• Preferred Skills:Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Camunda 7
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk
• Proficient in using Postman for API testing

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6 to 13 years of relevant work experience in software development
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
