Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Lead Location: TechM AHMEDABAD (SC) Years of Experience: 10 15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in Microservices architecture, specifically using Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and a proven track record of delivering scalable and efficient software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of microservices principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain microservices based applications using Spring Boot. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and Spring Boot framework. Proficient in Java programming language. Experience with Hibernate and ORM technologies. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). Familiarity with front end technologies (e.g., Angular, React). Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10 15 years of professional experience in software development. Proven experience in leading software development projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
