Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with expertise in ReactJS to join our team at Iconium Consulting Group (India) (P) LTD. The ideal candidate will have 7-11 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications using ReactJS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in ReactJS.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ReactJS to enhance existing systems.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in ReactJS and its ecosystem.
Experience with front-end development frameworks such as Redux or MobX.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
