Tech Lead

As a Principal Software Engineer at Raga AI, your role is crucial in driving the next phase of growth by combining technical depth with people leadership. You will take ownership of architecting, designing, and delivering robust, scalable microservices and AI-driven solutions in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment where innovation, performance, and reliability are paramount. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop end-to-end microservices architectures using Java and Python. - Collaborate on integrating Generative AI (GenAI) technologies into our products and platforms. - Ensure system design, scalability, and performance through strong engineering practices. - Deploy and optimize applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Debug complex issues in distributed systems with precision and speed. - Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and set coding and design standards. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of software engineering experience in product-based or startup environments. - Strong proficiency in Java and Python (TypeScript is a plus). - Proven expertise in cloud-native development and microservices architecture. - Experience working with or integrating GenAI technologies. - Excellent debugging, design, and performance optimization skills. - Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and leadership.
