Tech Lead (Hands-on) – Educase | Hyderabad (Onsite/Hybrid)

We’re not looking for just another manager. We want a builder—a hands-on Tech Lead ready to code, mentor, innovate, and drive the future of school tech in India.

What you’ll do:

  • 50%+ hands-on coding (Node.js, React.js, React Native)
  • Architect scalable solutions and manage seamless product migration
  • Roll out automation, testing, and security best practices
  • Lead Agile processes—minimize spillovers, set & track KRAs
  • Deliver a 3-month tech roadmap in your first 15 days!

What you bring:

  • 2+ years coding experience (Node.js/React.js a must)
  • Strong leadership in building/scaling teams
  • Startup energy, problem-solving, and a drive for quality
  • Experience with automation, AI tools, and cloud deployments
