Tech Lead - Node JS

As a Tech Lead at Educase in Hyderabad, you will not just be another manager but a hands-on builder who is ready to code, mentor, innovate, and drive the future of school technology in India. Your role will involve leading the migration from PHP to Node.js, working on React.js & React Native, implementing QA automation, driving AI tool adoption, and owning the release pipeline. You will have the opportunity to be the architect by leading the migration to Node.js, working with React.js & React Native, setting up QA automation, driving AI tool adoption, and managing the release pipeline. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and mentoring a growing team, establishing Agile practices, and fostering a high-performance tech culture with a startup mindset that includes a 6-day workweek, high ownership, and high impact. Your responsibilities will include dedicating over 50% of your time to hands-on coding using Node.js, React.js, and React Native, designing scalable solutions, managing seamless product migration, implementing automation, testing, and security best practices, leading Agile processes to minimize spillovers, defining and tracking KRAs, and delivering a 3-month tech roadmap within your first 15 days. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of coding experience with Node.js/React.js, strong leadership skills in building and scaling teams, a startup mindset with problem-solving abilities, and a drive for quality. Experience with automation, AI tools, and cloud deployments will be advantageous for this position.,
