Role Description

This is a role for a Tech Lead .Net at SE-Mentor Solutions. The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, providing technical guidance to the team, ensuring cleanliness of the codebase, and managing software development lifecycle activities. The role requires day-to-day collaboration with team members to architect, design, and implement technical solutions. This position is located on-site in Trivandrum

Qualifications

Good understanding of the .NET framework 

Hands-on experience with various Azure services

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Managing team on an onsite-offshore model

Assign, track, and review work items

Lead development by contributing individually to critical modules.

Guide and mentor the team through code reviews, best practices, and technical guidance. 

Strong communication skills
