Tech Lead .Net

Role Overview: As a member of SoHo Dragon, you will be responsible for participating in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business stakeholders, estimating and owning delivery tasks, automating aspects of software operations, driving code/design/process trade-off discussions, reporting status and managing risks within your primary application/service, driving integration of services focusing on customer journey and experience, performing demos/acceptance discussions, understanding operational and engineering experience, developing a complete understanding of end-to-end technical architecture and dependency systems, driving adoption of technology standards, reviewing coding, test, and automation work of team members, identifying opportunities to improve overall processes and trim waste. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business stakeholders - Estimate and own delivery tasks to meet the business requirements - Automate build, operate, and run aspects of software - Drive code/design/process trade-off discussions within the team - Report status and manage risks within the primary application/service - Drive integration of services focusing on customer journey and experience - Perform demos/acceptance discussions with Product owners - Develop a complete understanding of end-to-end technical architecture and dependency systems - Drive adoption of technology standards and review coding, test, and automation work of team members - Identify opportunities to improve the overall process and trim waste Qualifications Required: - Expertise with .Net Tech Stack including API Development, SQL Server DB, and Windows Services - Familiarity with secure coding standards and vulnerability management - Understanding of basic engineering principles for building and running mission-critical software capabilities - Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting - Knowledge of branching, peer review practices, and test-driven development - Understanding of operating systems and advanced design patterns - Implementation of API standards and cataloging - Experience in code quality scanning and measurement - Collaboration skills with team and business stakeholders for estimating requirements and prioritization - Elaboration and estimation of non-functional requirements, including security and performance - Orchestration of release workflows and pipelines for achieving CI and CD - Building robust tests to minimize defect leakage and conducting product demos (Note: The above role is a requirement for one of Uplers" clients - SoHo Dragon.
