Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot). Architect and optimize solutions with strong focus on performance, security, and clean code practices. Oversee database modeling and optimization on RDBMS platforms (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Guide containerization and deployment strategies using Docker and Kubernetes. Drive cloud-native development, preferably in Microsoft Azure (AKS, Azure DevOps). Mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure agile delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and integration. Key Skills: Strong in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices architecture Expertise in SQL and RDBMS Proficiency in Docker & Kubernetes (preferably Azure AKS) Experience in CI/CD and DevOps pipelines Knowledge of design patterns, cloud-native architecture, and security best practices Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Nice to have Proven Azure experience Insurance domain knowledge
