SUMMARY:

Lead technical design, installation standards, and troubleshooting for home inverters and

residential battery energy storage systems (ESS). Ensure system reliability, safety, and seamless

field execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Oversee installation, wiring, and commissioning of home inverters and lithium/lead-acid

* battery systems.

* Develop SOPs, wiring diagrams, safety guidelines, and commissioning checklists.

* Train technicians, supervise field teams, and handle escalated service issues.

* Conduct root-cause analysis for inverter, wiring, and battery faults.

* Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams for product improvement.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* 5 to10 years in inverter installation, home wiring, and battery backup systems.

* Strong knowledge of lithium and lead-acid integration, charge settings, and CAN/RS485 basics.

* Hands-on troubleshooting of earthing issues, overload trips, wiring faults, and inverter errors.

* Experience handling residential backup design, load calculations, and safety compliance.

* Ability to guide field teams and manage multiple site executions.

SKILLS:

* Inverter configuration, AC wiring, load management.

* Battery parameter setting, protection logic understanding.

* Technical documentation, RCA, and field quality control.

* Team leadership and training ability.

* Customer communication and problem resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics.

* Certifications in solar/inverter systems preferred.
