Energy Storage Engineer Renewable Energy Job Description: The Energy Storage Engineer designs and integrates battery storage systems with renewable energy installations to enhance reliability, grid stability, and energy management. Key Responsibilities: Design and size battery energy storage systems (BESS) for solar/wind projects Evaluate storage technologies (Li-ion, flow batteries, etc.) Develop control strategies for charge/discharge cycles Integrate storage with inverters and energy management systems Conduct performance testing and reliability analysis Collaborate with vendors and EPC teams for installation and commissioning Ensure compliance with safety and grid standards Qualifications: B.E./BTech in Electrical, Electronics, or Energy Engineering MTech in Power Systems or Energy Storage (preferred).
