• Lead the daily operations of our Information Technology team with a focus on delivering outstanding results.
• Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced technological solutions.
• Mentor and support team members to cultivate a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement technology strategies.
• Drive process improvements and ensure strict adherence to guidelines and industry standards.
• Identify and develop opportunities for automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and direction during critical projects and initiatives.
• Ensure the seamless integration and functioning of various technology platforms and tools.
• Conduct detailed investigations and analyses to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a robust and secure IT infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and trends to keep Aristocrat ahead of the competition.
• Inspire change and drive progress through effective communication and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in leading IT operations and teams.
• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience is also considered.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong expertise in various IT platforms, tools, and applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and encourage team members to fulfill their full potential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple priorities.
• A dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or other relevant credentials are a plus.
