Overview

We are seeking a Tech-Enabled Business Developer who not only excels in business growth and client engagement but also possesses a solid understanding of technology fundamentals. This person should be able to comprehend client requirements, recognize technical limitations, and—when needed—independently create and present proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to accelerate client approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Tech-Savvy Client Engagement:

Understand and translate client requirements into actionable insights, considering both business and technical perspectives. Communicate clearly about technology possibilities and constraints to set realistic expectations.

• Basic Technical Understanding:

Maintain a working knowledge of software development processes, technology stacks (especially ReactJS and Python/Django), and common technical limitations. This enables more effective discussions with both clients and internal technical teams.

• Rapid POC Creation:

When required, independently create basic POCs or prototypes using self-help resources, low-code/no-code platforms, or by leveraging AI tools. Present these POCs to clients to facilitate faster feedback and approvals.

• Self-Directed Learning:

Proactively upskill in relevant technologies and tools to remain effective in bridging business and tech. Stay updated on best practices for rapid prototyping and POC development.

• Collaboration with Technical Teams:

Work closely with engineers to ensure POCs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client needs. Act as the liaison between business and tech, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.

Desired Skills & Experience :

• Familiarity with software development concepts, particularly in frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Python/Django) environments.

• Ability to use low-code/no-code platforms or AI-powered tools for rapid prototyping.

• Strong analytical skills to understand requirements and identify technical challenges.

• Excellent communication skills for both business and technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver quick, tech-enabled POCs to clients
