About The Role

Project Role :Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert

Project Role Description :Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

Good to have skills :SAP HCM Payroll
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing business needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance Accenture's reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication and a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, ensuring that you serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the delivery process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.

Develop and present innovative solutions that address client challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll.

Experience in implementing payroll solutions and managing payroll processes.

Ability to analyze and optimize business processes related to payroll and HR.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
