What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand what they need and set clear expectations.
• Lead delivery from start to finish—planning, execution, and making sure timelines and commitments are met.
• Keep teams focused on the work that actually matters, avoiding wasted effort.
• Step in as a

  tech lead

  when required—helping guide technical decisions and ensuring solutions make sense.
• Balance customer goals with realistic delivery, creating trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing roles and leading tech delivery responsibilities.
• A practical, no-nonsense approach to delivery—focused on results, not heavy processes.
• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication and Team Leadership abilities
• Experience in AI and technology consulting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Preferably immediate joiners in the the next 1-2 weeks.
