Tech Content Head

As a Content Writer at our Gurgaon office, you will be responsible for designing and reviewing detailed curriculum related to learning outcomes in the field of Technology education. This includes creating comprehensive content on specific topics and establishing teaching schedules. Your role will involve researching tech employability standards to develop industry-aligned programs for 21st-century tech jobs. You will also be tasked with crafting digital learning materials tailored to predefined learning objectives. Leading the Instructional Design team, you will oversee the creation of engaging eLearning content templates. Collaborating with the Content Production team, you will curate relevant graphics for online content. By gathering inputs from corporates, you will design learning solutions to help students achieve their educational goals within the Sunstone brand's courses. Working closely with Academic Heads and Faculty, you will ensure the implementation of standardized curricula while adhering to brand guidelines and company regulations. Moreover, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance content through the integration of videos, graphics, and assessments. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 7-10 years of experience, with a background in managing content writers or writing for digital platforms. A strong passion for education, coupled with proactive and initiative-taking abilities, is essential. You should demonstrate exceptional content writing and storytelling skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Additionally, proficiency in Storyboarding, eLearning, Instructional design, and content writing is required. You must exhibit attention to detail, a results-driven mindset, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment both independently and within a small team.
