Job Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of reports and dashboards within SAP Analytics Cloud.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into SAC solutions.
Manage the SAC reporting team, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards.
Develop and enforce best practices for SAC report development, including templates, guidelines, and documentation.
Optimize SAC performance and user experience through effective design and data modelling.
Provide training and support to business users on SAC functionality and report interpretation.
Stay current with SAP SAC updates and new features, incorporating them into the reporting strategy as appropriate.
Drive the adoption of SAC across the organization by demonstrating its value in gaining actionable insights.
Work closely with the IT department to ensure proper integration of SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources.
Lead data governance and security efforts within the SAC environment.

Experience

8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP SAC.
Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations.
Proven track record of leading reporting projects and teams.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
Familiarity with SAP data structures and integration points.
Experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and other SAP data management tools is a plus.
Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Competencies / Skills

Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud, including report and dashboard development.
Proficiency in data modeling and data preparation within SAC.
Understanding of BI concepts, including data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Familiarity with relevant programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and technologies (e.g., SAP HANA).
Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

Education

Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud(preferred).
Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
