Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As the SAP SAC Reporting Lead (Manager) at EY, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Your role will involve leading the design, development, and maintenance of reports and dashboards, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, managing the SAC reporting team, ensuring data accuracy, and driving the adoption of SAC across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of reports and dashboards within SAP Analytics Cloud. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into SAC solutions. - Manage the SAC reporting team, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards. - Develop and enforce best practices for SAC report development, including templates, guidelines, and documentation. - Optimize SAC performance and user experience through effective design and data modeling. - Provide training and support to business users on SAC functionality and report interpretation. - Stay current with SAP SAC updates and new features, incorporating them into the reporting strategy as appropriate. - Drive the adoption of SAC across the organization by demonstrating its value in gaining actionable insights. - Work closely with the IT department to ensure proper integration of SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources. - Lead data governance and security efforts within the SAC environment. **Qualifications Required:** - 8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP SAC. - Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations. - Proven track record of leading reporting projects and teams. - Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. - Familiarity with SAP data structures and integration points. - Experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and other SAP data management tools is a plus. - Experience of having worked in a client-facing delivery role. - Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships. **Additional Details:** EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
