Job Title: Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Developer Years of Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Location: Bangalore No.of Positions: 02 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Teamcenter PLM solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the system to manage the product lifecycle from design to production and beyond, enhancing overall product data management, and streamlining workflows. Role & responsibilities Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Teamcenter PLM to meet business requirements. Customize Teamcenter features, including BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, and Workflow Automation. Design and configure business rules, data models, and lifecycle processes in Teamcenter to ensure efficient data flow and management. Integrate Teamcenter PLM with other enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM, MES, and CAD tools (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks). Develop custom interfaces using Teamcenter REST APIs, Web Services, and ITK (Integration Toolkit). Ensure smooth data exchange and synchronization between Teamcenter and external applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, product management) to understand business needs and translate them into PLM solutions. Analyze existing PLM workflows, recommend improvements, and implement optimized processes to improve operational efficiency and system adoption. Required Skills Teamcenter PLM experience (versions 9.x/10.x/11.x/12.x). 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Teamcenter PLM implementations, customizations, and support. Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter customization using ITK, BMIDE, and T4x (Teamcenter Rich Client API). Expertise in BOM Management, Change Management, Data Management, and Document Management within Teamcenter. Experience with Teamcenter-CAD integration (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.). Knowledge of system administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, and backup. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, and ITK scripting for custom development. Experience with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle) and web services for Teamcenter integrations. Understanding of PLM processes, including workflow configuration, lifecycle management, and product data management. Version control management and data migration expertise. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
