Job Description

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers warmly, taking their orders, and serving food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude. Be prepared to answer any questions about the menu. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to prepare food items as per recipes, following safety protocols and hygiene standards. - Operating kitchen equipment like ice cream dispensers, blenders, and espresso machines to prepare customized beverages according to customer preferences. - Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant by clearing tables, returning trays, cleaning floors, sanitizing utensils, and maintaining restroom hygiene. - Addressing guest concerns and complaints in a professional manner, adhering to restaurant policies for conflict resolution. - Upholding a tidy appearance by wearing the provided uniform and following the corporate dress code. - Fulfilling any other duties as assigned by the management. Additionally, the company offers benefits such as leave encashment and paid time off. Prior experience with 10 key typing for at least 1 year is preferred for this role. The work location is in person at Trivandrum, Kerala; therefore, reliable commuting or planning to relocate is required.
