Team Member - Operations

In this role as a Team Member, you will have the following responsibilities: - Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude. You will also be responsible for answering any questions about the menu. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare food items according to cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements. - Utilize various kitchen machinery such as ice cream dispensers, blenders, and espresso machines to create customized hot and cold beverages based on customer preferences. - Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant on a daily basis by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and ensuring restroom hygiene. - Address guests" concerns and complaints in a professional and calm manner, resolving issues according to restaurant policies. - Uphold a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the designated uniform and adhering to the corporate dress code. - Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
