Job Description

Claims vetting: Review and validate veterinary insurance claims for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.

Medical assessment: Evaluate veterinary treatment records, prescriptions, and bills to ensure authenticity and relevance.

Fraud detection: Identify potential fraudulent or exaggerated claims through detailed analysis.

Stakeholder coordination: Liaise with veterinary practitioners, surveyors, and internal teams for claim verification.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and Bajaj Allianz internal policies.

Customer support: Provide claim-related clarifications to customers and intermediaries.

Reporting: Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Process improvement: Recommend enhancements to streamline veterinary claim processes.
