Team Member - Management Leadership Development

As a Team Member Management & Leadership Development at RIL Hydrocarbons, you will play a crucial role in implementing the Management & Leadership Development Operating Plan. Your responsibilities will include delivering various initiatives within this domain. Your key accountabilities will involve executing the Management and Leadership Development Operating Plan for pan Hydrocarbons and related businesses through suitable interventions. You will also contribute to creating new interventions that are effective and align with the execution plan. Collaborating with HRBPs and functional SPOCs for program diagnostic and design, as well as ensuring smooth execution, will be part of your role. Additionally, you will project manage intervention roll-outs to provide a top-notch learner experience, monitor progress against success metrics, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Staying updated on the latest technology and methodologies to enhance processes and maintain a competitive edge will also be essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of Management & Leadership Development methodologies, learning design principles, learning technology, stakeholder management, collaboration skills, decision-making abilities, and a customer-centric approach. The qualifications required for this position include an MBA in Human Resource Management or an MA in Psychology. Ideally, you should have 3-4 years of experience in HR or Learning & Development, with a strong inclination towards intervention design and development.
