Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. From product knowledge to ensuring quick and friendly service, you will be the backbone of store operations. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a passion for great service.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Product Knowledge

· Carries good product knowledge and should be able to explain all products to customers.

· Maintain consistency in serving size, right packing and smallware use.

· To adhere to strict food safety, hygiene and grooming standards.

· Cupcake icing knowledge is a must for all team members.

2. Customer Service & Order Fulfilment

· Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.

· Ensure order accuracy and timely service.

· Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

3. Store Operations & Maintenance

· Maintain cleanliness in the dining, and workstation areas.

· Assist in stocking inventory and managing supplies.

· Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.

· Follow the opening/closing checklist, wastage sheet daily.

· Paying attention to every aspect of service- from cleanliness to presentation.

· Responsible to maintain all smallware and equipment’s.

4. Teamwork & Efficiency

· Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

· Assist colleagues during peak hours to maintain speed of service.

· Follow instructions from managers and supervisors effectively.

· To carry out any job assigned by the Supervisor/Outlet manager

· Each team member is expected to maintain a low ego, understanding that we all play a vital role in preserving and expanding our brand.

5 . Adaptability

· Be flexible in handling multiple tasks as per operational needs.

· Willing to adjust to changes in work schedules, customer flow, and outlet requirements.

· Open to learning new processes and supporting different roles when required.

· Maintain a positive attitude in dynamic or challenging situations.

6. Attention to Detail

· Follow recipes, SOPs, and quality standards with accuracy.

· Ensure correct portion sizes, presentation, and packaging at all times.

· Double-check customer orders before serving to avoid errors.

· Keep workstations organized and monitor expiry labels, storage, and cleanliness.

7. Basic Financial Awareness

· Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.

· Follow company guidelines on discounts, offers, and complimentary items.

· Be mindful of minimizing wastage and using resources efficiently.

· Report any discrepancies in cash, billing, or inventory to supervisors promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
