Team Member - Legal

Role Overview: As a Legal Support Professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide legal support for the day-to-day operations of various businesses. You will be required to prepare base drafts for transactions, consult with business teams to understand commercial issues, conduct legal research on various issues, and identify legal, business, and commercial risks. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal support for day-to-day operations of various businesses. - Prepare base drafts for transactions being undertaken by the businesses. - Consult with business teams to understand commercial and business issues. - Conduct research on various legal issues and compliance requirements under various laws. - Identify legal, business, and commercial risks and communicate them to business teams. - Assist the corporate legal team in transactional work, including conducting legal due diligence. Qualification Required: - Education Requirement: LLB - Experience Requirement: 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience with a law firm or in-house corporate team. Experience in advisory work related to Corporate and Commercial laws, as well as contract review, is preferred.
