Team Member - Legal

The job involves providing legal support for the day-to-day operations of various businesses, including preparing base drafts for transactions, consulting with business teams to understand commercial and business issues, conducting research on legal issues and compliance requirements, and identifying legal, business, and commercial risks to communicate to the business teams. Additionally, the role includes assisting the corporate legal team in transactional work, including conducting legal due diligence. The ideal candidate for this position should have an LLB degree and 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience with a law firm or in-house corporate team. Experience in advisory work related to Corporate and Commercial laws, as well as contract review, is required. Key skills and competencies for this role include current and updated knowledge of Corporate and Commercial laws, effective communication skills with attention to detail, and good interpersonal and communication skills. This position is based in Navi Mumbai and falls under the Legal function/business area.
