You will be responsible for the execution of New Product & Services implementation activities, Tariff Configuration, and Network Testing. Your key responsibilities will include Internal Compliance Monitoring, evaluation of conceptual requirements, assessment of risks, Network requirements evaluation, contemplating Test Scenarios, validation of test scenarios output, coordination with cross-functional teams, validation of agreements with partners, involvement in Network elements swap, documentation, training, ensuring SLA adherence, maintaining quality standards, and reporting to Senior Management. - Monitor Internal Compliance - Evaluate conceptual requirements and assess risks - Evaluate Network requirements and understand product conceptually - Evaluate Solutions shared by IT and assess impact - Contemplate Test Scenarios based on Call flows and Network Architecture - Validate test scenarios output - Have in-depth knowledge on Wireline data/Wireline switches - Ensure proper usage type values stamping in AMD - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and escalate deviations - Validate agreements with partners - Involve in Swap of Network elements - Document and train RA operations resources - Ensure SLA adherence for NPI projects/products - Ensure highest quality standards in output - Avoid observation lapses resulting in revenue loss - Adhere to Reporting and escalations to Senior Management - MBA / B Tech / B Com Qualified - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience - Knowledge of Telecom and Service Industry - Good communication & co-ordination skills - Ability to identify potential risks - Good working knowledge in MS-Excel/SQL/Oracle Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), belonging to the prestigious Tata Group of Companies, is the country's leading enabler of connectivity and communication solutions for businesses.
