1. Basic Email etiquettes, Communication Skills
2. Negotiation Skills (with employees & vendors for meeting org goals), 3. Acquiring cross functional knowledge (to take on additional responsibilities),

6. Raising of PR and follow up for PO
7. Basic vendor coordination.
8. Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel is MUST
