Team Member Credit & Risk-CORPORATE REAL ESTATE (CRE)-Credit

As a Credit Analyst at a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), your primary responsibility will be underwriting and structuring Real Estate Investment proposals, particularly focused on the West Market. This will involve conducting detailed due diligence on the proposals. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal and external vendors, including technical, valuation, and legal counsels, to ensure effective structuring of the investments. You will be required to conduct forecast and micro-market analysis, preparing comprehensive proposals for presentation to the Investment committee. Monitoring the investments, including fund utilization and collections, and promptly identifying any early signs of stress will be crucial aspects of your role. You will play a key role in recommending and implementing corrective actions where necessary, as well as designing and executing recovery strategies for enforcement purposes. Key competencies for this role include a solid understanding of industry, financial, and credit principles. You are expected to possess excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and strong analytical capabilities are essential for success in this position.
