Job Description

Extraction of data from internal system and monitoring of customer transactions & internal transactions using data analytical tools and highlighting critical issues. For repetitive nature of work should be able to use Macros / RPA for generating exceptions
Collaborate across company / teams for collecting responses and taking the identified issue to resolution.
Preparation and maintenance of data dashboards, viz Number of Alerts raised, closed, pending. An Escalation Matrix would be prepared for escalation ASAP depending on Severity of Issue identified.
Identifying root cause for exceptions, i. e. control lapses, system operational issues.
