Greeting and Taking Orders: Greet every customer with a smile, take their orders accurately, and input them into the restaurant's computer system. Customer Satisfaction: Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints to ensure they have a positive experience. Order Assembly: Assemble customer orders correctly on trays or in bags. Large Order Processing: Handle and process large food orders for events. Operations & Food Handling Food Preparation: Prepare food and other ingredients according to established procedures.  Cash Handling: Count and verify your till at the end of each shift and securely deposit the money.  Inventory & Stocking: Receive and stock materials, maintaining FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and proper inventory levels.  Cleanliness & Safety  Station Maintenance: Keep your station thoroughly clean before, during, and after each shift. Premise Hygiene: Maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant premises. Safety Procedures: Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures. Reliability & Professionalism  Punctuality: Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until your assigned shift is complete. Professional Conduct: Maintain a fast pace of service throughout your shifts, especially during busy times.
