Job Title: Team Member Location: BEYONDBURG INC., St. Marks Road. Job Summary: The Team Member in the Service Department plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive dining experience. This position involves food serving to customers and online partners, maintaining quality standards, and providing a friendly atmosphere at the outlet. Key Responsibilities: Serve food to dine-in customers and online delivery partners promptly and courteously. Greet and assist customers with menu selections and inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas. Ensure proper food presentation and packaging for both dine-in and delivery. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the management when necessary. Follow company policies and safety standards at all times. Assist in the Kitchen Operations, Dispatch and Inventory management, if required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. [ Hotel management diploma preferred ] Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
