As a Team Leader, your role involves leading and managing a team of employees to ensure alignment with the organization's goals. Your responsibilities include setting team goals and objectives in line with the organization's goals, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion, providing necessary support and guidance to team members, conducting performance reviews and appraisals for evaluating team members, identifying training needs and facilitating skill development opportunities, creating a positive work environment that motivates team members, and maintaining communication with senior management to update on team progress and issues. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree preferred Location: - Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
