We are Hiring Sales Team Manager.
On Site | On RollDesignation : Sales Team Manager.Department : Sales .Experience :- 5 year in any kind of sales or marketing.Timeshare industry : 1 yearsWork Role : - Achieve growth and the sales targets every month by successfully managing a sales team- Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members, with the objective to build and promote strong & long-lasting customer relationships, thereby building and increasing the potential referral business of the sales team- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets- Front Line Direct Sales Experience of minimum 3-4 years, consistently meeting or exceeding targets- Strong business sense and timeshare industry experience required for a minimum 1 year.- Been in the city for at least 1 Year.Sales Manager Responsibilities :- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.- Meeting planned sales goals.- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.- The ongoing training of your salespeople.- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.- Promoting the organization and products.- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.Sales Manager Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.- Experience in customer relationship management.- Experience managing and directing a sales team.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Dedication to providing great customer service.- Ability to lead a sales team
