Job Description

As a Program Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop comprehensive training programs for both new and existing sales team members. This includes creating and maintaining training materials such as presentations, videos, and other learning resources. You will also be required to conduct training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques among the sales team. Your role will involve collaborating with sales managers to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the sales team through needs assessment. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback, assessments, and performance data, and providing targeted coaching to enhance performance. Furthermore, as a mentor and coach, you will offer ongoing guidance and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their full potential. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest sales techniques, industry trends, and developments to ensure that the training programs remain relevant and effective.
