Team Leader/Trainer

As a Program Developer, your main responsibility will be to design and develop comprehensive training programs for both new and existing sales team members. You will be required to create and maintain training materials, including presentations, videos, and other learning resources. In addition, you will conduct training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques within the team. Collaboration with sales managers is essential to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement, and you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data to provide targeted coaching. Your role will also involve offering ongoing mentorship and guidance to sales representatives and staying updated with the latest sales techniques, industry trends, and developments to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
