Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a team leader, located in Dadri. The team leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating team members, coordinating deliveries, ensuring adherence to protocols, and liaising with customers. Additional responsibilities include developing performance metrics, problem-solving, and ensuring timely completion of delivery tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in using technology and EV-based platforms
• Experience in the logistics or mobility sector
• Ability to work on-site and manage operations in Dadri
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
