Operations are conducted from our customer locations to end locations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a team leader, located in Dadri. The team leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating team members, coordinating deliveries, ensuring adherence to protocols, and liaising with customers. Additional responsibilities include developing performance metrics, problem-solving, and ensuring timely completion of delivery tasks while maintaining a high standard of service. Qualifications Leadership skills, including team management and motivation Operational skills in logistics and delivery management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Proficiency in using technology and EV-based platforms Experience in the logistics or mobility sector Ability to work on-site and manage operations in Dadri Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
