Team Leader - Trading Services Hub

In this role of Team Leader - Trading Services Hub at bp's Customers & Products (C&P) Business and Technology Centre (BTC) in Pune, India, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring efficient trading services activities. Your main responsibilities include: - Leading, developing, and supporting the new trading services hub team, fostering a culture of customer and data-led decisions, promoting agility and performance. - Providing support for key trading services activities such as pricebook administration, micro space planning, promotions coordination, rebates management, and other retail support activities. - Championing safe operations and collaborating closely with ANZ customers for product recalls and other related activities. To excel in this role, you will need to possess: - A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related field. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in leading and inspiring teams. - Demonstrated commercial acumen. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ideally, 8-10 years of retail experience in operational or support roles.
