Job Title: Team Leader Telesales (Matrimony Services) Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi Industry: Matrimony / Matchmaking Services Department: Sales / Telesales Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ensure the team follows call scripts and sales pitches as per the company guidelines. Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular coaching and feedback. Handle escalated customer queries and provide timely resolutions. Generate reports on team productivity, call conversions, and lead management. Work closely with the Sales Manager to plan and implement telesales strategies. Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for team members. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 24 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a team leader role. Experience in the matrimony , BPO , or service-based industries preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team-handling abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
