Job Description

Seeking a skilled Team Leader with experience in managing Technical Support teams in the telecom industry. The role involves leading daily operations, guiding agents, handling escalations, and driving performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor Technical Support Agents.

* Manage daily operations, task allocation, and closures.

* Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

* Prepare reports and dashboards.

* Identify and resolve recurring technical issues.

* Act as Team Manager in their absence.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the telecom industry.

* Qualification: B.E./Diploma (CS, IT) or BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science.

Location: Kalamassery

Salary: 20K + PF & ESI

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
