Key Responsibilities:
Allocate task and responsibilities to team members.
Set daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure work quality.
Act as a link between management and team.
Identify problems early and provide quick response.
To provide personalized course counselling, understand students' academic background, career goals, and interests.
Convert student inquiries into enrolments by effectively presenting suitable programs and benefits.
Guide potential students through the admission process.
Follow up with leads.
