Team Leader Solar Sales

You will be responsible for leading and driving the direct sales operations of SolarSquare Energy in Ghaziabad. Your role will involve mentoring a team of Solar Consultants, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should have a strong background in B2C field sales, a passion for renewable energy, and proven leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, train, and mentor a team of Solar Consultants to achieve monthly sales and order targets. - Conduct joint field visits to support team members in customer interactions and deal closures. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned territory. - Monitor performance metrics, track conversion rates, and ensure lead-to-sale efficiency. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and referrals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in direct/B2C field sales; at least 3 years in a team leadership role. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of the renewable energy or consumer durables sector is an advantage.
