Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at SLK Digital Private Limited, with 3-6 years of experience in software services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and team management.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of software professionals to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in team leading, sales, and business development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, C#, VB, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with SAP BW and medical writing is an added advantage.
