As a Team Leader for the small appliances division in your region, you will play a crucial role in managing sales, leading a team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing guidance, support, and training to your team to help them achieve sales targets. - Developing and executing sales strategies to meet regional objectives. - Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay competitive. - Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management and service quality. The location for this position is in Trivandrum, Kollam, Kottayam. This is a full-time, permanent job with benefits including health insurance. The schedule is in the day shift with opportunities for performance bonus and quarterly bonus based on your achievements.
