Team Leader- Small Appliances

You have a great opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader for the small appliances division in the Trivandrum, Kollam, Kottayam region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales, leading a team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business in the region. As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include providing guidance, support, and training to your team to achieve sales targets. You will also be expected to develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional objectives, analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay competitive, as well as oversee daily operations including inventory management and service quality. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales management and team leadership, possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making. Experience in the small appliances industry would be considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance, day shift schedule, performance bonus, and quarterly bonus.
