Team leader-Small appliances

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader – Small Appliances to lead our retail sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling small appliances (like mixers, grinders, irons, etc.) and a proven track record in retail store management. You will be responsible for supervising the sales team, achieving store targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of retail sales executives
• Drive sales of small appliances through effective team motivation and customer engagement
• Ensure all team members meet or exceed sales targets
• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations, including display, stock, and customer service
• Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of sales staff
• Maintain store hygiene, merchandising, and branding standards
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the back office, warehouse, and service team for seamless operations
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales of small appliances
• Proven team management or supervisory experience in a retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset and sales-driven attitude
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems
• Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends or holidays if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
